What is Holistic Coaching

Holistic coaching: It is a little different from other more mainstream counselling styles, though it uses much of the same methodology of a variety of other styles of counselling, including conventional counselling and psychotherapy, at times. To treat a client, holistically is to consider the whole person, typically mind, body and spirit. The Holistic Coaches goal is to assist the client in bringing balance into their whole lives and ensuring the client is in touch with their own needs on a holistic level.

I will help you recognise patterns that have possibly been the cause of difficulties for you in the past and assist you in choosing new, more positive directions for yourself. I can help you set achievable goals.

I can offer support and motivation as you work toward reaching your goals. I will monitor your progress and help you set and achieve more goals or to reassess and reset goals as you advance. My role is to help you to choose the changes you wish to make in your own life, and I will only need to help you overcome old erroneous subconscious belief systems, when and if those beliefs are blocking you from moving forward into the happier, healthier life you want to achieve for yourself.

We can heal through Journaling, Painting, Meditation, Muscle Relaxation Exercises, Stress Management Diary, Affirmations, Positive Self Image and much more. We use goal settings, sand therapy, sound instruments, energy work and other healing modalities in coaching.
